Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards
Lexus Swindon had a night to remember at the prestigious Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards, securing an impressive 3 wins out of the 18 awards presented. Among the accolades, two stood out as particularly significant for the dealership’s Business Centre team: the Fleet and Business Award for Business Centre of the Year and the Kinto Award, recognising outstanding performance in maintained business contract hire leasing through Kinto One.
These achievements are especially remarkable as they come within the first full year of leadership for Lexus Swindon’s Business Centre Manager, Ben Wildeboer.Â
A heartfelt thank you goes out to the entire Lexus Swindon team, as well as colleagues across Lexus GB, whose dedication and collaboration made these achievements possible.
In addition to the fleet and business honours, Lexus Swindon also took home the Centre Transformation Award, a recognition of its efforts in areas such as Omotenashi (the Japanese philosophy of exceptional hospitality), employee training and satisfaction, sustainability initiatives, and overall operational improvements.
This remarkable success is a testament to the team’s hard work, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence. Special appreciation is extended to Jonathan Fish and Robert Lukac for their support and leadership in helping to drive these achievements.
