No longer need an item you ordered?
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Returns Form.
* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Please note: Parts that have been specially ordered (for example left-hand drive products, electronic control units, keys, locks or VIN specific parts) are non-returnable.
How The Returns Process Works
1). Contact Us using the form at the bottom of this page.
2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up to 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return
Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.
Return Receive Refund
A full refund of your purchase price (without original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.
We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to show on your account. (This may vary depending on who you bank with)
