- All Artisan Spirits Aero, Body Kits and Styling parts are made to order and are shipped directly to your door within 4-8 weeks.
- All body parts are manufactured in Saitama Japan by Artisan Spirits at their state of the art factory.
- For deliveries of larger bodywork items, we will notify you when packages are ready for delivery so that you can ensure you are available for the collection of your products.
- All non-carbon parts are finished in white primer with a protective gell ready to be painted.
- Carbon Fibre products require a clear coat finish prior to final fitting.
- Fitting is available at our local body shop, if you require any assistance with fitting products to your vehicle please get in touch on 0193 889 532.

Refunds & Returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Contact Form.
* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Please note: Parts that have been specially ordered (for example left-hand drive, security or VIN specific products) are non-returnable.
How The Returns Process Works
1). Contact Us using this form (click here) and complete our Contact Form
2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up to 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return
Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.
A full refund of your purchase price (without the original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.
We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to show on your account.
All products unless stated are supplied via Lexus and come with a 12-month Lexus parts warranty from the invoice date.
Lexus parts warranty concerns can be dealt with at any Lexus UK dealer via appointment. To find your closest dealership click here.
You will need to provide the Lexus invoice we supply with the order. If you do not have this, please contact us and we can supply a copy via email.

Items held in stock to be delivered within 2-3 working days where possible. Items that need to be ordered from Lexus may take 3-4 working days.
Our delivery times run from Monday to Friday. The cut off time is 1 pm daily.
Delivery to England, Scotland (excluding Highlands) and Wales is calculated within the basket.
Highlands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man areas are also calculated within the basket.
All our mainland United Kingdom deliveries are made by UK Mail. Tracking number(s) and links to the UK Mail website are sent once the parcel has been collected, both by email and text message (if a mobile telephone number has been supplied).
