Lexus CT200h Phase 1 Catalytic Converter Lock

Catalyst Protection supplied by Catloc

Unlike universal Catalyst protection products, Lexus UK Catloc devices have been developed and tested to exacting technical standards and are exclusive to Lexus UK.

The Lexus RX Phase 2 Catalytic Converter Lock protects Catalyst components against opportunist theft, manufactured from marine grade stainless steel for strength and durability, anti-tamper fixings and a unique marking kit (Catloc ISR® Kit) that chemically etches a unique serial number into the Catalysts, which is registered on the International Security Register, Police Approved and Thatcham Accredited.

It is important to note that Catloc’s are designed as a preventative security measure against opportunist theft only, as fitment will not stop a determined criminal from removing the device and Catalyst if they have enough time and the right equipment. Lexus UK or Lexus Parts Direct doesn’t guarantee or underwrite any financial claims for loss of Catalysts or Catloc’s.

Lexus RX400h Catloc’s are in stock and available to order now and are supplied with a 5-year supplier backed warranty.

Lexus UK have also developed a service re-fit kit that allows the Catloc to be removed and re-installed using original components, allowing access for servicing and or Catalyst replacement if required. This kit is available separately and will only be sold to customers upon application by either phone, web enquiry or in person and with valid proof of Catlock purchase.

Accessory Installation Manuals are included in the product packaging.

Delivery to England, Scotland (excluding some areas, see below) and Wales is £5.99, no matter the order value.

Highlands: £10.00 (see table for postcodes that are covered by this charge)

Northern Ireland & Isle of Man costs £15.00 per order.

Wheels will be sent in 4 separate boxes to reduce cost. This will appear as 4x the normal Delivery Charge.

Items Over 1 Meter Long may incur an additional shipping fee due to the size of an extra £7.50 (£70 to Ireland)

All our deliveries are made by UK Mail. Tracking number(s) and links to the UK Mail website are sent once the parcel has been collected, both by email and text message (if a mobile telephone number has been supplied).

Items held in stock to be delivered within 24-48 hours where possible.

Our delivery times run from Monday to Friday. The cut off time is 1 pm daily.

When we stock the items and you put an order in before 1 pm on a working day (Tuesday) you will receive your order the following working day (Wednesday). This applies to standard UK delivery zones, some areas may take two days.

Items that are not available in the UK will take longer than 48 hours. We will inform you within 48 hours of the order if the part is on backorder.

Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Returns Form.

* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note: Parts that have specially ordered (for example left hand drive products) are non returnable.

How The Returns Process Works

1). Contact Us using this form (click here) and inform us you wish to return a item/items
2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.

Refunds Policy

A full refund of your purchase price (with original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.

We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to show on your account.
